Compare available routes when network conditions change.
Connection quality depends on both the VPN route and the network around you.

The connection path
Android sends supported traffic through the active VPN connection until you disconnect or change servers. Network conditions at every part of that path can affect performance.
01
After you choose a server and tap connect, Android displays its VPN permission dialog. Once approved, the device routes supported traffic through the active VPN connection.
Disconnecting returns the device to its normal network route. Android also shows a system VPN indicator while a connection is active.
02
Distance to the server, mobile or Wi-Fi quality, carrier congestion, device capability, server choice, and current load can all affect results.
Trying another available server may provide a better route, but no VPN can guarantee a particular speed on every network.
